At VocoSafe AI, your privacy is our core principle. We built this application with a Zero-Data Architecture. This means that we do not collect, store, or transmit your voice data.
VocoSafe AI processes all audio recordings and speech transcriptions locally on your Mac using its built-in Apple Silicon processor. Your voice data never leaves your device. We do not send your audio or text to any cloud servers for processing.
We collect absolutely no personal data from the app's core functionality. We do not track what you say, what you type, or when you use the application.
The only time data is exchanged over the internet is:
We do not use any third-party analytics, crash reporters (like Firebase or Crashlytics), or marketing trackers inside the VocoSafe AI macOS application. Your usage remains 100% anonymous. If you choose to share crash data or usage statistics to help us improve the app, this is strictly opt-in and handled securely through Apple's official App Store analytics.
If you choose to email us for support at support@vocosafeai.com, we will only use your email address and any information you provide (such as error logs) to assist you with your issue. We will not use this information for marketing purposes.
If we ever change our privacy policy, we will update this page. However, our commitment to 100% on-device processing and zero data collection will never change.
