How do I copy error logs?

If the application crashes or a model fails to load, open VocoSafe AI, go to Settings → Support, and click the Copy Logs button. Paste this text into your email to us so we can diagnose the issue quickly.

Which Macs are supported?

VocoSafe AI is built exclusively for Apple Silicon. You need an M1, M2, M3, M4, or M5 Mac running macOS 15 (Sequoia) or later.

The app won't type text into my active window

VocoSafe AI requires Accessibility permissions to simulate keyboard typing. Go to your Mac's System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility, and ensure the toggle next to VocoSafe AI is turned ON.

How does the 1-month free trial work?

When you download the app from the Mac App Store, you can start a 1-month free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. After 1 month, your selected subscription ($7.99/mo or $39.99/yr) will begin automatically.
