Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using VocoSafe AI ("Application"). By using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Oleksiy Krotov grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
VocoSafe AI is built on a "Zero-Data" principle. All audio processing and text transcription are performed locally on your device. Your data never leaves your Mac. No personal data is collected or transmitted by the Application.
Access to premium features (higher-accuracy AI models) requires a valid subscription or a lifetime purchase. Payments are processed securely by the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The Application, including all copyrights and trademarks, is the sole property of Oleksiy Krotov. VocoSafe AI ™ is a trademark of Oleksiy Krotov.
In no event shall Oleksiy Krotov be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Application.
